2009 Mobile Healthcare Team

In the summer of 2009 we initiated our first concrete action in the area of healthcare. A tent, a truck, a doctor, a supply of medicines, a secretary and a nurse formed our mobile center. Various sites were visited at a very high nomadic altitude under the motto: “Bring the Doctor Closer by.” It was a remarkable success! Word of the mobile doctor spread quickly through valleys and mountain peaks, making it possible for our medical team to reach 1800 people with complimentary treatment and medicine. This entire mission cost just 4500, including all costs. Here are a few pictures.
